Shipping Policy

We are a small business and try to get your orders out as soon as we can. Orders can take up to 5 days to process as some things are made to order. Shipping times vary depending on the destination. Please note that for the time being, we are currently shipping out of Plattsburgh, NY, USA. In the future we may be able to offer better shipping for our Canadian buds.

**We are now also trying to offer cheaper Canadian shipping. PLEASE NOTE that processing times for this option will be LONGER as we will have to coordinate getting our merch to Canada (ship out times may be every couple of weeks or longer as we navigate this new system). Select this option ONLY if you want cheaper shipping and are not in a rush to receive your order.

US ORDERS: Orders are shipped using USPS and are untracked. Tracking is available for an additional fee. Regular, untracked mail can take up to a month to arrive depending on how close you are from our Plattsburgh, NY location. Tracked orders will arrive faster, usually within 2 weeks of processing. *ALSO NOTE : due to mail regulations of the USPS, untracked mail will be sent out in regular envelopes and they can end up bent on arrival. We weill do what we can to ensure the contents are safe, but if you would like your items mailed in a rigid mailer or box, please select tracked shipping.

CANADIAN ORDERS: We use USPS to ship and also offer tracked shipping at an additional cost. Regular, untracked orders can take up to 4 weeks to arrive depending on how close you are from our Plattsburgh, NY location. Tracked orders can arrive up to 4 weeks after it is shipped out. *ALSO NOTE : due to mail regulations of the USPS, untracked mail will be sent out in regular envelopes and they can end up bent on arrival. We weill do what we can to ensure the contents are safe, but if you would like your items mailed in a rigid mailer or box, please select tracked shipping.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: Currently, our shop is not open to orders outside of Canada and the United states. If you are interested in ordering, please contact us.

We will NOT be shipping to the UK and EU until we figure out the whole VAT situation so we will keep you posted.

*LOST/DAMAGED ORDERS: We try to make sure your items are properly secured before shipping them off. Unfortunately, once it's out of our hands and into the postal system, we trust that they handle packs properly until the show up to the customer.

If you DO NOT want to pay extra for tracked shipping but are aware that mail service in your area tends to annihilate packages, PLEASE let us know at check out and we'll duct tape the #@*% outta your pack, for extra security. Again, we can not guarantee that your stuff won't get lost, so keep that in mind.

UNTRACKED ORDERS: If you believe your order has been lost, please be a bit patient and wait a month or so to see if it doesn't show up. Unfortunately, untracked mail is also uninsured. In order to avoid fraud, we can not refund or replace your items. Tracking is a better way to go to guarantee your purchase.

TRACKED ORDERS: If you believe your order has been lost, please be a bit patient and wait a month or so to see if it doesn't show up. After that, please contact us and we can try to discuss next steps. If your items show up damaged/missing due to mishandled mail, please reach out to us, but also strongly advised to contact your local postal service. We will see what we can do about refunding or replacing your items.

**ORIGINAL ART & ONE OF A KIND ITEMS: Same rules apply for untracked and tracked mail. Unfortunately for lost or damaged one of a kind items and original art, they CAN NOT BE REPLACED. We strongly suggest you select tracking for these orders in ensure you get them safely. You can message us, and we will help figure out a solution.

REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES:

  • All sales are final.
  • We do not offer returns.
  • Exchanges are possible in the event that we send you the wrong items.
  • Please contact us with proof of error (include order number and a photo of items received) and we can help you out with your issue.
  • Please note that items to be sent back to us may be at the customer's expense.
